Before I compliment, I would like to see improvement in bedside manner. Both the doctors and medical assistance are "neutral", as I prefer them to be a bit more welcoming & friendlier to the children. Secondly, there are not enough chairs in the main lobby, as parents tend to bring their other children (and/or their spouse) along with the appointment.
I give them 5 stars, because this my feedback should be regarded as "icing on the cake" with a touch of grace.
Other than that, the overall professionalism & organization of the doctors, medical assistance, and front desk staff is excellent. Their facility is clean and parking is free and convenient. I appreciate the multiple reminders about upcoming appointments too.
